About the role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at RR Global Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the import/export and customs industry. Based in our Sungai Buloh, Selangor office, this position is a crucial part of our operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders, shipments, and customs clearance processes
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on open issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the import/export or logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Working duration from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, 5 &1/2-days week with alternative Saturday
- Start work Immediately
