Baerlocher (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 1992 and wholly owned by Baerlocher GmbH of Germany. Baerlocher is a global manufacturer of PVC Stabilizers (lead and calcium/zinc based) and metal soaps.
 
The manufacturing plant located at Tuanku Jaafar Industrial Estate Seremban is a Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (“LMW”) status, granted the same benefits of a Free Trade Zone (“FTZ”) location. Baerlocher (M) Sdn Bhd is constantly growing in the marketplace by reaching out to customers in AsiaPacific as well as the Middle Eastern countries. Over 90% of our products are exported to Australia, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Middle Eastern Countries.
 
The company manufactures Calcium-based and traditional based PVC stabilisers for rigid plasticised applications like pipe and profiles, window, cable, wire, flexible hoses, synthetic leather, flooring, rigid firm, packaging, and uses its own patented AV technology to manufacture high purity metal stearates such as zinc stearate and calcium stearate which are widely used in polymer, rubber, building, paper and wood lacquer applications. The AV technology is able to produce low-dust granules and powder product forms.

CNC Metal Machining was incorporated on the 10 of March 1992 to undertake the machining challenges in the precision and semi-precision metal parts and components for machinery and equipment, automation systems, air conditioner, motorcycles and automobile industries. We had also machined parts for the oil & gas, medical and food industries. Throughout the past 22 years, we had grown in size and strength. We had also won a few awards as the “Best Machining Vendor” in the industry along with several testimonials from satisfied customers. In the process, we had also improved to deal with all the customers’ needs and problems. Naturally, with all this experience, we need to keep abreast with the customers in moving forward together with them by securing the ISO 9001/2001 accreditation.

We are taking a step further to improve our standard for the ISO/TS 16949. This proves our company strives and demands high standards of quality for its products and services as this is vital in ensuring satisfaction from our customers.
