Bujang holding sdn bhd is wholly owned by Mesnor Bujang which is under Bujang Holding Group of companies .The holding group consist of 7 subsidiaries companies which is operate in various sectors and industries namely plantation, education & training,recreation & hospitality and consultancy.In addition, he owns 50% equity in AM Gemilang Holdings sdn bhd as well in which the holding group of companies has 8 subsidiaries company.Land development project under one of the subsidiaries namely Rias Bistari sdn bhd was also awarded by the state government of Johor.To design and buit the new Majlis perbandaran Kulai building on 10 acre of land and to carry out mix development project on 70 acres land near Kulai distric with total commercial value worth RM 700 million.In 2018, another joint venture project with Fitrah Nyata sdn bhd to develop commercial land in Pengerang.With 30% ownership of AM Gemilang sdn bhd in the company,the project will focus on developing 64 units commercial lots on the 10 acres land.Plantation sector is also one of the major revenue streams for both holding companies where palm oil and coconut plantation are the main focus.The groups currently obtain 30 years leasing for 1000 acres of land.Other companies business activity which involve training & education under MSI Academy sdn bhd, Yacht Charter under Diana Yacht Enterprise, Consultation and legal firm under Mohd Akhir & Partner and MAP Consultant sdn bhd.In terms of Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) ,Bujang Holding Group of companies has established a foundation called Yayasan Bujang. The foundation is meant to channel company profit back to the society.Many charity programs and sponsorships to assist unfortunate people especially students, single parents and religious schools. This practise is align with our philosophy to " Share and Care".
