Penang Waldorf Education is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Educational Assistant to support the diverse learning needs of students and assist teachers in delivering high-quality education. The incumbent will work closely with students, particularly those with higher learning needs, guiding them in small groups and offering individualized support. This role also involves providing administrative assistance to ensure effective classroom management and smooth operation.
- The Educational Assistant will collaborate with the academic teaching team to develop and implement appropriate teaching approaches, materials, and curricula. Additionally, the incumbent will perform various administrative tasks to support classes and other instructional activities, contributing to the overall success of the educational program.
