TECHNICIAN

DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assembly process operation as instructed by seniors.
• Carries out process checking and records result (whenever required).
• Complies with working rules and procedures.
• To maintain a good housekeeping at all time.
• Follow instructions from project leader.
• Reports any equipment or process malfunction to the project leader.
• Be committed to achieve assembly plans and quality of assembled

products.

• Willing to perform shift duties in time of urgency or whenever need

arises.

• To update BOM List and ETL of project daily.
• To provide machine set-up, training and buy-off at customer’s site.
• To able to develop machine User Manual.
• To able to perform machine electrical and pneumatics wiring with

minimum assistance.

• Able to document pneumatic diagrams
• Able to perform machine I/O Test independently.

ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE

• Mechatronics graduate with leading vocational college.
• Proven track record and recommendation by college lecturers.
• Knowledge on wafer handling industry requirement.
• Good skills and experience in automation machine assembly and trouble

shooting.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Min SPM, Min Diploma, Industrial training or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years working experience in automation machine assembly

preferred.

• Vocational experience and technical qualifications preferred.
