Forwarding Declaration Officer

• • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform system declaration for Import & Export ( K1,K2,K3,K4,K8,K9,ZB1,ZB2)
  • Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and update containers through the port system
  • Monitor loading and unloading of warehouses and ports (if needed)
  • Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advice duty/tax amount upon enquiry.
  • Ensure proper documentation filling and system update

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:

• • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ transportation or equivalent.              
  • Fresh Graduates is welcome to apply
  • Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.      
  • Good command in English & Malay speaking (both written and oral)
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

Schedule:

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5:30pm (Five-day week)

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus
