Responsibility
1. Data entry and documentation
Book keeping and recordings (for balance sheet, P&L...)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in accounting system
Aid in Month-end closing preparation.
2. Assisting account payable and receivable
Bank statements reconciliation, SST preparation and submissions.
3. Audit assistance/support
Generating account/financial report and submitting for audit purpose.
4. Expenses management/tracking
Recording account data and responding to accounting/finance queries on a daily basis.
Track all payments made and perform daily checking on the bills
5. Undertake any ad hoc tasks support when needed
