The roles is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the company. You will oversee administrative staff, manage budgets, and implement policies and procedures. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented the one to lead our administrative department and support HR operations. This role requires a strong understanding of both administrative management and HR laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure that our administrative processes run smoothly and that we are fully compliant with local labor laws and HR policies.
Job Responsibilities:
1. **Administrative Management:**
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning across the organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
2. **Human Resources Support:**
- Collaborate with the HR department to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on labor laws, compliance with employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Assist with employee performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
3. **Legal Compliance:**
- Ensure all administrative and HR activities comply with relevant legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations, such as employment contracts, workplace safety, and employee rights.
- Prepare and manage documentation for compliance, audits, and reporting purposes.
4. **Financial Oversight:**
- Monitor administrative budgets, approve expenditures, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Support payroll processing in coordination with the finance and HR departments.
5. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and ensure alignment of administrative and HR practices.
- Facilitate team meetings and maintain documentation of key decisions and action items.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of HR regulations, labor laws, and best practices in administrative management.
- **Skills:** Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
