This position can apply to Automation & Granulation & Extrusion & Plastic Injection & Assembly Workshop.
Responsibilities
- Arrange reasonable manufacturing planning according to production orders and complete manufacturing tasks on time.
- Coordinate with other engineers, suppliers, and assembly teams to ensure machines meet OEE targets.
- Establish technical manuals, drawings, models, training documentation, preventative maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides for newly established automated equipment/processes.
- Work with automation suppliers for design reviews, research, installation, and troubleshooting of parts.
- Examine the manufacturing management in the workshop and the implementation of the manufacturing technical documents.
- Responsible for coordinating new product pilot manufacturing.
- Responsible for the maintenance of mold and fixtures in the area of responsibility
- Participate in the trial production, testing, and review of new products, materials, and molds.
- Ensure records are adequately maintained, updated, and traceable per ISO 13485 requirements.
Requirements
- Prefer Mechanical Engineering/ Polymer Engineering or another related field.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, good team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and good communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking colleague
