Responsibilities:
- Lead auditor of ISO 14001:2015 and provide internal training to all workers
- To comply procedures in managing scheduled wastes & industrial effluent
- To fulfill compliance JKKP, DOE and Bomba
- To be aware of the Risk Based Thinking, Safety & Quality Management System (QMS)
and Environmental Management System (EMS)
- To conduct daily performance monitoring for IETS and update monthly OER (online Environment Reporting)
- Update daily inventory of schedule waste and monthly inventory of SW in eSWIS
- Update and review documents and procedures for ISO 14001:2015
- Deal with contractors and suppliers to fulfill ISO requirements and also Environment Quality Act, 1974
- To support internal quality issue and assist to reply customer complaint by finding out root
cause and improvement plan
- To liaise with respective departments on goods returned for rework, return or disposal
- To assist on customer quality audits whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Competent Person in Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) or Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment System (CePIETSO)
