Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data.
- Handle customer follow-ups and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in coordinating promotional activities and sales events.
- Process sales transactions and handle billing and invoicing tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
