Responsibilities :

  • Collateral Management - To conceptualize, design and publish promotional materials for both online and offline distribution, such as e-mailers, leaflets, banners, posters and graphics. To generate social media posts (LinkedIn), articles, and social media updates highlighting the company's products and innovations.
  • Photo and video shooting and editing - Shoot, edit raw photo and video materials for marketing campaigns, online publication, and social media accounts.
  • Product Information Management (PIM) database support: Responsible for maintaining and updating the PIM database. Ensure consistency and accuracy of product information in the PlM database for uniform presentation on the website and in other marketing materials. Work closely with the product and sales team to ensure all product information is accurate and complete.
  • Analysis and reporting - Conducting regular market analysis on the label industry, competitors and market trends. Reporting on the effectiveness of local marketing activities and deriving recommendations for action to increase efficiency.
  • Stay current with social media trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about changes in digital marketing regulations and compliance
  • standards to ensure all marketing efforts adhere to best practices and legal requirements.
  • Undertake additional marketing communication roles and duties as required by the company.
  • Local Website Maintenance - Responsible for continuously updating and maintaining the local business website to ensure all information is relevant and up-to-date. Implement SEO strategies to improve local visibility and findability in search engines. Ensure smooth website functionality and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with the team in Hirschhorn, Germany.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma/bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising or related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Brand Management, experience in influencers or online marketing a plus point
  • Hands-on skills and knowledge of digital, social media platforms and awareness of current trend.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like CANVA and Capcut, Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and PIMCORE or any other CMS are a bonus.
  • Result oriented, mature, tactful, and committed with a high degree of drive and integrity.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional departments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese.
