- Led the introduction, installation and debugging of new equipment, and put forward Suggestions for improvement.
- Participate in the formulation of PM tertiary maintenance plan and lead the implementation of PM plan.
- Led the purchase and storage management of spare parts of equipment.
- Led the abnormal treatment, record, analysis and improvement of the equipment.
- Assist in the improvement of equipment management mechanism and UMS equipment management system.
- Led SOP preparation and training of equipment.
- Familiar with PLC, HMI, Pro/E or Solid works
- Always work together with the team for machine maintenance, Repair and improvement projects.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, know MTBF and MTTR document.
