Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as electronic technician or similar role (At least 3 years’ experience to high volume manufacturing electronics related field)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting electronics PCBA/Products
- Handling manpower for jobs delegation and executions
- Hands-on experience with assembly fixture, testing equipment
- Hands-on experience with any MES/ERP system for manufacturing process flow
- Education Background: Diploma
- Profession: Technician
- Work experience: 2-3years
- Foreign language ability: Chinese is a bonus
- Skill qualification certificate: Diploma cert
Job Responsibilities
- To conduct first level analysis/debug for any fallout or equipment breakdown (recording information for debug use)
- To conduct maintenance and service for production jig/fixture/equipment
- To assist engineer for data collection
- To setup electronic systems and equipment for production use including assembly of hardwares and connecting system components
- To maintain debug record for production yield
- To monitor production yield through debug quantity received from production
- To conduct failure analysis based on engineered documentation prepared for reporting
- To lead technicians to complete the scope of work
