We are looking for a creative, fun and motivated fresh graduate or junior executive to join us in this role in expanding our business globally!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate, supervise, and manage ongoing projects while ensuring team members remain on track with workflows and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders to communicate updates, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct follow-up for meetings, ensuring project logistics are well-coordinated.
  • Maintain, organize, and ensure accessibility of all project documents for relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed updates and reports to project managers or other stakeholders as required.
  • Support senior project managers and coordinators with daily administrative tasks to streamline project operations.
  • Assist in planning team goals, managing project schedules, and integrating new information.
  • Monitor project issues and risks, escalating them to senior project coordinators or managers when necessary.
  • Propose practical solutions to minor project challenges to maintain progress and minimize disruptions.
  • Assist in ensuring quality assurance is upheld throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to organizational standards and expectations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Little or no experience in the industry is required, but having a passion for project management is a must
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills is essential
  • Passionate about learning with a good attitude and love being in the creative field
  • Open for new graduates with a diploma or degree in business, project management, or any related field
  • Technology savvy in current technology and software
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients and teammates
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Engaging personality, great sense of humor, and willingness to have fun!
