What will you be doing?
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills to acquire and activate car workshop partners to grow the company's business
- Show excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with car workshop partners
- Perform adaptability and collaboration skills to align business development efforts with marketing, credit, product development, and technology teams
- Demonstrate analytical skills to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, while identifying potential business opportunities
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
Desirable qualifications
- Have past internship or part-time work experience in business development or sales/promoter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin
