As HR intern, you would be assigned to learn and assist in various HR processes, such as administrative tasks, upkeep records & scheduling interviews, manage job ads, and assist in the implementation of company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Files documents and assist to handle employee inquiries.
- Mini-projects assignment e.g. process improvement.
- Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability, on-boarding administration.
- Active participation in employees networking and engagement activities.
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a university or college program at Diploma or Degree level, preferred course of study: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or relevant.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skill
