Job Scope:
* Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, raising purchase requests, and issuing purchase orders.
* Communicating with suppliers to coordinate orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices.
* Maintaining accurate records of all purchases, including order details, supplier information, and delivery schedules.
* Monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely stock replenishment.
* Assist in coordinating and processing customer orders for courier delivery.
Requirements:
* Required Language(s) : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
