Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the corporate brand and market presence.
- Align branding efforts with the company's core values and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand in the agricultural and chemical sectors.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Campaign Development and Management
- Design and implement exclusive sales campaigns targeting key partners and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Develop communication strategies to emphasize product quality, service excellence and personalized solutions.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows and partner meetings.
- Content and Collateral Development
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations and digital content.
- Ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and highlights the company’s strengths.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Manage budgets for branding and campaign activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers for marketing and advertising needs.
Key Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5-10 years in brand management, campaign execution, or a related role, preferably in the agricultural or chemical sectors.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of B2B business models, with a background in agriculture or chemicals.
- Education:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in developing and managing marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
