Job Responsibilities:
- Overall brand management responsibility. (Availability to Trade, offtake plan)
- Overall National Campaign planning & execution from promo pricing setting, BTL Plan, decide POSMs and liaise with suppliers to get it produced, on ground activation & etc.
- Work on marketing campaign planning & execution, tracking, measurement, evaluation & reporting on all activities within the portfolio.
- Sales & market trend analysis to support reporting and activity planning
- To plan and develop Trade Marketing activities for different channel.
- Negotiating costs & managing agencies, marketing collateral & promotional items.
- Work with creative, on ground activation agencies as well as collaboration partners to develop effective brand campaigns for respective portfolio
- Collaborates with Sales & Marketing for ideation, planning and budgeting to build sales promotion and product communication.
- To plan & ensure implementation of in-store activities including point of sales and promotions and planogram
- Control and maintaining advertising & promotion fund spending within budget
- Competitor observation & analysis, gathering of feedback on market intelligence and competitor’s activity for reformulation of strategy with Sales & Marketing Team
- Attending to issues and problem under the job responsibilities.
- Internal and external Department communication and coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
- Min 2-3 years experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
