Role Summary:
The Global Procurement Operational Hub located in our office in Kuala Lumpur which provides support operationally in all regions where Experian operates – Brazil; Spanish Latin America; North America; UK; Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific.
As such we are looking to hire a Procurement Operations Specialist that will have exposure to a variety of cultures and processes as part of this exciting opportunity to gain experience in the Procurement environment.
What you'll do:
You will be responsible for multiple tasks that support the in-region buyers during the entire Procurement lifecycle.
These include as per below:
- Report generation, data management and maintenance of Ironclad, our contract lifecycle management tool
- Administer Purchasing Documentations and updates into Oracle system
- New Suppliers Onboarding Due Diligence Checks
- Manage shared mailbox for Regional Procurement Team.
- Monitoring changes to payment terms in supplier details and purchase documents
- Update policy, PO Terms and Conditions to internal and external Procurement websites
- Monitor, review and identification of non-compliance of purchasing card purchases,
- Your interactions will be both with the in-region buyers and a large spectrum of stakeholders to provide first line response to queries before escalating these if needed to your line manager.
- You will also actively contribute to the identification of opportunities in the processes that you manage to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
