Job description
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and customers politely.
• Manage the reception desk and handle inquiries.
• Answer phones, handle emails, and manage mail/couriers.
• Perform general administrative tasks and data entry.
• Communicate with doctors' offices and patients regarding prescriptions and orders.
• Process orders, refills, and updates in the pharmacy system.
• Follow standard procedures and work well with the team.
Requirements:
• Malaysian citizen with at least SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English
• Mandarin speaker prefered
Vacancy: Permanent
Working Hour: 8am to 5 pm (Monday - Friday)
