As a Human Resources Intern, you will support our Talent Acquisition team from Employer Branding to recruitment:
- Actively participate in the employer branding initiatives, such as creating social media content, recruitment posters, email banners, videos etc. Essentially creating materials and contents to attract potential candidates
- You will also be conducting the overall recruitment process from candidate’s sourcing, screening calls, schedule and conduct interviews, to support the manager in the selection decision;
- Be the contact point for the candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
