Job purpose:
Researches and develops multiple marketing strategies for products and services. Execute marketing plans and meet sales budget. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand their company’s reach and potential customer pipeline.
- Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
- Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
- Answers enquiries and follow up with clients about products and service benefits.
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales goals
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good in communicating in Mandarin and English verbally and in writing.
- Reliable, Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to meet tight schedule.
- Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- At least 2 year(s) of related experience in FMCG industry
- Travel locally and overseas to meet customers and exhibitions.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
