Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cashless parking payment systems, ensuring smooth functionality and quick resolution of any issues.
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot payment platforms, ensuring system uptime, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to both clients and users by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical difficulties related to the cashless parking system.
- Business Analysis & Reporting: Analyze usage data, trends, and operational performance. Prepare reports on system performance, user feedback, and key metrics to improve service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes related to payment solutions and platform functionalities, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration with Partners: Liaise with parking operators, technology providers, and other external partners to ensure the integration and smooth deployment of payment systems.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices for payment security and privacy.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, preferably in tech-driven solutions, mobile apps, or payment systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in IT systems, digital payment solutions, and mobile applications.
- Familiar with software troubleshooting and basic system maintenance.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting tools, and understanding system performance metrics.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and execute changes to improve system performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer-Focused: A service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cashless payment systems, mobile payment platforms, or fintech solutions.
- Familiarity with API integrations, data analytics, or cloud technologies.
