Your responsibilities as Affiliate Marketing Executive will include but not limited to:
Affiliate Marketing
- Manage and optimize the affiliate program, including recruiting and supporting new brand ambassadors.
- Provide affiliates with best practices, guidelines, and tools to drive product promotion and sales.
- Monitor affiliate performance, run test-and-learn initiatives, and optimize for higher ROI.
- Track commissions and campaign results, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support other marketing initiatives as required by the immediate supervisor.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
KOL Marketing
- Develop KOL marketing strategies to meet campaign objectives, focusing on reach, engagement, and UGC.
- Identify and source relevant KOLs (macro to nano influencers) for brand campaigns and events.
- Coordinate product seeding and influencer participation in events such as press conferences, store openings, and community activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs for ongoing collaboration.
Partnership Management
- Develop and manage partnerships for events, membership programs and promotional activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners including banks, F&B brands, retailers, universities, and other brands.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and negotiate deals that align with business goals.
- Oversee and track partnership performance to ensure alignment with objectives and deliver ROI.
