Job Responsibilities

• In charge of marketing strategies, formulating the advertising and promotion program and working closely with the sales team to achieve the annual sales target.
• Actively participate in overall planning, development, events, marketing activities and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives for the company covering all projects.
• Plan and monitor Digital Marketing activities.
• Lead the in-house marketing team to execute the marketing kits brochure, animation, artwork, banner, flyer, digital branding for the website, social media platforms, traditional print channels and other media advertising.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 5 years and above of experience, preferably in the Property Industry.
• Experience in marketing communications with digital media is an added advantage.
• Possess technical skills in digital marketing.
• Pleasant personality, independent, strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
