Account Cum Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of accounts, financial statements, and statutory reports.
  • Handle payroll, EPF, SOCSO, tax submissions, and SST returns.
  • Perform administrative duties, including document preparation, filing and office coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and support management operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience or knowledge in accounting or corporate secretarial practices.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, Bukku) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
