Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, financial statements, and statutory reports.
- Handle payroll, EPF, SOCSO, tax submissions, and SST returns.
- Perform administrative duties, including document preparation, filing and office coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and support management operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with experience or knowledge in accounting or corporate secretarial practices.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administration. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, Bukku) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
