Job Responsibilities :
- Premises & Facilities Management
- Oversee all maintenance and repair of Mechanical and Electrical and Civil works or and services including lifts, gen-sets and etc, perform preventative maintenance work, determinesystem problems and make recommendations for repair, review and evaluate the qualityof vendor work.
- Supervise all the service contractors/vendors employed by the developer or RMM to ensure that work done as per contract.
- Assist Assistant Building Manager to plan, schedule and coordinate monthly or bi-monthly meetings with all appointed vendorsin relation to operations and administrations.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate monthlyor bi-monthly meetingswith all appointedvendors in relationto operations and administrations.
- To deal, attend and response all enquiries and complaints made by the developer, residents, local authorities and or service providers
- To plan preventive maintenance programme and implement the same.
- Carry out buildinginspection on weeklybasis or when necessary to ensure all facilities and equipment are in good conditions.
- Regularly carry out building audit inspection (common area) for defect report to the developer
- Oversee buildinglighting system including parking street lights and landscaping; installand repair or replace as and when required
- Assist Assistant Building Manager in liaising with local authorities for inspections and licencing (lifts, firefighting system and etc)
Job Requirements:
- Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent and or
- 2 years experience in various scope of property management & building facilities.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Skills Required :
- Strong electrical & mechanical and civil background
- Technical troubleshooting and knowledge on building facilities (M&E)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good relationship with the developer, residents, Management
