In this position, you are to report directly to the Company Director.

Job Highlights

We are looking for a skilled professional to handle daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Your role will include analysing variances, addressing discrepancies, and managing statutory compliance by coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and external providers as needed.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will support business planning and forecasting, contribute to process improvement projects, and provide recommendations to enhance internal financial controls and overall productivity.

For HR responsibilities:-

An HR professional to manage administrative support for HR processes, including documentation, correspondence, and full-cycle recruitment through onboarding. You will assist in updating HR policies, support employee relations, and address team queries as the first point of contact.

Additional duties include managing occupational health surveys, employee well-being programs, and ensuring smooth team operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, good with numbers, proactive in handling workload challenges, and flexible to work longer hours during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing multiple retail outlets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and business skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to new projects.
  • Strong leadership and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving, initiative, and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers for TCM treatments).
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work effectively across all levels.
