Job Responsibility :
- Perform daily record of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable transaction documents
- Data entry function of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable accounting transactions.
- Preparation of monthly Statement of Account OA, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
Aging monthly report.
- Responsible for monitoring of customer debts.
- Perform payment online and bank reconciliation
- Checking and verifying staff expense claims & other payable claims
- Knowledge & experience of maintenance full set of accounts
- Knowledge of It literate – PC, Microsoft program, accounting software.
Job Qualification :
- LCCI Diploma and above
- One (1-3) year of working experience as a clerical and support.
