Account Assistant / Account Executive

Job Responsibility :

  1. Perform daily record of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable transaction documents
  2. Data entry function of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable accounting transactions.
  3. Preparation of monthly Statement of Account OA, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Aging monthly report.

  1. Responsible for monitoring of customer debts.
  2. Perform payment online and bank reconciliation
  3. Checking and verifying staff expense claims & other payable claims
  4. Knowledge & experience of maintenance full set of accounts
  5. Knowledge of It literate – PC, Microsoft program, accounting software.

Job Qualification :

  1. LCCI Diploma and above
  2. One (1-3) year of working experience as a clerical and support.
