  • Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Involve in planning and design coordination process from conceptual design, zoning layout planning, room interaction process, material interaction process to construction and completion within the established budget, schedule and quality standards.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure alignment and address any issues.
  • Design and Documentation:
    • Create and develop architectural designs that meet client requirements and project specifications.
    • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
    • Ensure design solutions are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers, to maintain high standards of work and ensure all requirements are met.
    • Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and other stakeholders.
    • Conduct meetings and workshops to gather client feedback and refine designs.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other design professionals, including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to ensure a cohesive design approach.
    • Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
    • Review and approve shop drawings, samples, and other submittals.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review design layouts and details to ensure safety, practicality, cost efficiency, aesthetic value, functionality, and customer experience.
    • Ensure that all design work meets quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
    • Address any design or construction issues promptly to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
    • Assist in securing all necessary building permits during the pre-construction stage and obtain building certifications, including the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
  • Innovation and Research:
    • Stay current with architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects.
    • Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and improve project outcomes.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
    • Experience: 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
    • Skills:
    • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
