Responsibilities
- Source for consumables, engineering and fabrication works
- Process PR and perform RFQ for purchases
- Negotiation with suppliers on purchases of materialsIdentify and propose new suppliers for short-listing
- Placing orders and expediting deliveries with supplier on urgent basis
- Follow up on materials complaint with user and suppliers
- Liaise with forwarding agents on shipping and customs clearanceInvolve in company’s ISO standard
- Monitor, evaluate supplier’s delivery and performance quality
- Provide assistance to other departments on project works
- Perform any additional duties as and when assigned by superior
Requirement
- Minimum Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Finance or other equivalent related fields.
- Preferably those with 2 years of working experience in related field
- Strong in organizing tasks on hand, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 , ISO 14001, AutoCount is added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Preferrable Mandarin speaking candidate as need to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
