The Project Administrator supports Malaysia projects reports to the Project Admin Team lead (Asia Pacific). This role has exponential learning opportunities and growth! Training will be provided.
The key role and responsibilities include
- Work with Project Managers on project material and milestone billings
- Assist Project Managers in creations of projects in system and update of project master list.
- Creation and maintenance of document structure in server.
- Review documents for Order entry and raise tasks for order booking.
- Assist Project managers in raising Purchase Request, material requirements and intercompany Purchase orders.
- Assist in logistics and shipment of finished goods and materials.
- Follow Up with C-care team for expedite requests.
- Good receipt
- Physical stock check for the items arrived at office
- Close out projects in system upon project completion.
- Work closely with project team to review milestone invoicing, purchasing status etc. Process suppliers/vendors invoices.
- Support project team on repair/exchange for project faulty parts.
- Assist and review orders, invoices for month-end closing activities.
- Assist with purchases via shopping cart (support for office admin tasks)
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead or Malaysia Country Lead
- Monitor for storage room
- Arrangement for FAT lunch for customer
