Administrative Support:
- Manage the calendar and schedules of senior management, ensuring appointments, meetings, and deadlines are met.
- Prepare and organize materials for submission, meetings and reports.
- Prepare and organize document for site testing and inspection.
- Screen and manage emails, and other communications; respond or forward as necessary.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records in a systematic and organized manner.
- Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring that the environment is organized, clean, and conducive to productivity.
- Provide general support to team members and assist in the preparation and coordination of
meetings, and site activity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: SPM, Diploma, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role,Fresh Graduate also available .
- Prefer local resident
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite ( Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook ).
- Knowledge of office Equipment and software tools (e.g,printers,scanners) .
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast - paced environment .
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive , can-do attitude.
