A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Human Resource Assistant Manager level to join a 4-star business class hotel in Klang area. Currently they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR professional to join their professional team, and play a pivotal role in the operation of HR activities within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a permanent position reporting to Group HR & Administration Manager within the Group.
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions,which include recruitment & selection, salary & payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits and other HR support services.
This role encompasses all employee levels of the business. This generalist position is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions as follows:
·To direct and manage all aspects of employment, Industrial Relations, Employee health, services benefits & welfare, wages and salary administration.
·Develop HR policy and direct/coordinate HR activities within hotel.
·Manage recruitment process, internal development and succession planning.
·Manage all aspects of Performance Management.
·Develop and maintain HR system where records can be retrieved.
·Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions.
·Administer benefits programs such as life, health, dental insurance plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence.
·Responsible to prepare budget of HR operations.
The candidate
· Malaysians with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
·Strong Human Resources generalist and leadership experience ideally from hospitality/hotel industry.
·Well versed in Malaysian labour law,IR Act and statutory requirements.
·Manage in-depth Industrial Relations issues.
·Good command of spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
·High level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office application skills.
·Be willing to be based at Klang area.
