Job Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
- Develop a strong network of contacts to attract and secure new clients.
- Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Oversee and manage growth projects, including sales forecasting and revenue projections.
- Maintain confidentiality to protect the organization’s value.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Experience in the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry would be an advantage.
- Strong business development and sales growth techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about the company’s mission and growth potential
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
