Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a plan to build an effective and scalable HR team that caters to the company’s growing needs.
- Lead and manage the HR team, setting clear goals and KPIs for team performance.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Involve in preparation of forecast manpower planning, budget & training.
- Responsible in HR aspects are in place for talent, training & development plan, succession in planning.
- Experience in recruiting foreign nationals will be an added advantage.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team in handling workplace issues, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Lead the performance appraisal process across all departments, ensuring the HR team facilitates timely and constructive feedback sessions.
- Regularly update company policies and ensure HR procedures are legally compliant and aligned with business goals.
- Ensure the HR team effectively manages compensation reviews, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business plan.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR Manager experience, preferably in the PLC.
- Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and HR operations.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, Malay
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws & IR and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
