Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Analyze customer insights and competitor trends to adjust and optimize campaigns.
Content Creation & Management:
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content across various digital platforms (social media, blogs, website, etc.).
- Oversee the production of digital assets, including images, videos, blog posts, and graphics.
Social Media Marketing:
- Manage and grow the company's presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc.).
- Create engaging content and monitor community interactions.
- Analyze social media performance and generate reports on key metrics.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility.
- Optimize website and e-commerce content for better search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
Paid Media Campaigns (PPC):
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop ad copy, design campaigns, and optimize performance based on data analysis.
- Create and share campaign performance reports with internal teams and clients.
Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer engagement emails.
- Build and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other marketing tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with other teams, such as Sales, Design, and Product, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Communicate marketing performance and strategic plans to stakeholders.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct market research to identify target audience segments and customer preferences.
E-commerce :
- Manage and update the e-commerce platform, ensuring all products are accurately listed.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and prices to drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to restock as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Analyze sales and website performance to improve user experience and increase revenue.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to enhance the online store.
- Handle any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support e-commerce operations.
E-commerce Content Moderator:
- Review and approve product listings to ensure they meet platform guidelines.
- Monitor user-generated content (reviews, comments, etc.) for inappropriate or misleading information.
- Ensure all content is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with brand standards.
- Flag and remove prohibited or offensive content promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve content-related issues.
- Maintain records of moderation activities and provide regular reports.
- Assist in improving content guidelines and processes.
