Responsibilities:
- Follow and execute department policies and procedures covering export markets and their related sales, new product introduction, and marketing activities to new or existing markets.
- Keep track of or monitor, record, and document all related sales activities and keep management informed.
- Maintain and expand overseas customer relationships with the Company.
- Communicate promptly to customer inquiries and orders.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Document and maintain the records of all sales activities.
- Liaise with R&D in terms of customer requirements and new product design.
- Liaise with production for the daily production planning and ensure orders received are communicated accurately and promptly to the team.
- Maintain professionalism and keep confidential as appropriate.
Requirements:
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related qualification.
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is favorable.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
