The Position will report to Financial Controller with work base in manufacturing facility in Malaysia and will work closely with procurement and material team.
- Responsible for Account Payable Management (from invoicing to creditor reconciliation)
- Preparation & process payment on time
- Cashflow Management including plan and monitor the gain/ losses from FX Forward Contract & Hedging
- Responsible for executing month end close process for AR/AP/Cash function.
- Ensure all FI (AR/AP/Treasury) Internal control is in placed & drive improvement.
- Ensuring expense claims comply with divisional expenses policy
- Providing support for internal and external audits.
- To perform any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior.
- Other duties as required.
