About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Admin Cum Personal Assistant to join our team at TINKER STUDIO SDN. BHD. at Taman Desa. This full-time role will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to our executives, ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the personal assistant for the CEO
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive team/manager/individual.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records and follow up pending response from clients.
- Provide personal support, including managing personal appointments, handling personal correspondence, and coordinating personal tasks and errands.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team/manager/individual and other staff members, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Assist in setting up and organizing events, meetings, and other activities.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the company
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations for projects.
- Assists Finance Team and Account Manager to prepare payment voucher, invoice, price quotation, etc.
- Planning on purchase items like stationeries, pantry stocks, snack, company T-shirts and monitor the moment.
- In charge person of company safety and cleanliness. Make sure all employees follow the SOP of the company
- Handle any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the employer.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
