Position: Event Executive (Campus Event Team)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Event Executive to join our dynamic Campus Event team at Jobstore. If you are passionate about organizing events, have a flair for design, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute campus events to promote company's brand and services.
• Design banners, posters, and promotional materials for events.
• Engage in cold calling to promote events and secure partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives, students, and vendors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless event execution.
• Travel to event locations as needed (candidates with their own transportation preferred).

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in event management or a related field.
• Experience in designing promotional materials (banners, posters, etc.).
• Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships over the phone.
• Outgoing, aggressive, proactive, and non-introverted personality.
• Fluent in both English and Malay.
• Must have own transportation.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
