Responsibilities:
- Provide support in all aspects of human resource and administrative functions
- Staff recruitment - Liaise with recruitment agencies, online job portals and internal department heads on recruitment needs
- Screen job applicants and arrange interview appointments with the hiring managers
- Responsible for timely payroll processing and related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc.
- Staff on-board procedure such as personal supporting documents, assign company email, access card, assign work station, brief of company policies, new staff orientation etc.
- Monitor and process timely on staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment, appraisal etc.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Update and maintain employee data/personal files (hard & soft copy) in system based on employee actual data and document.
- Responsible in administrative matters.
- Any ad-hoc assignment assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese both written and spoken
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
