Your responsibilities as the E-commerce Executive will include but not limited to:
- Overall e-commerce guideline and flows understanding.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the customer journey on our e-commerce website.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the website is running smoothly and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to website functionality promptly.
- Maintain product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Regularly review and update website content, including images and descriptions.
- Assist in setting up and managing promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
- Monitor the performance of promotions and provide insights for improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and persuasive product descriptions, promotional content, and marketing copy.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across the website.
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyse E-commerce performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in generating reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with customer journey optimization efforts.
- Coordinate with the creative team for the development of visually appealing content.
- Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
