Recruitment:-
• Assist in recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Manage Onboarding & Offboarding Matters
• Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.
• Liaise with agent for application of employment pass for expatriate workers or work permit
Payroll Processing:-
• Prepare payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and allowances. and ensure timely & accurate payment of salaries
• Compile and check employee expenses claim.
• Check monthly overtime against daily report.
• Check & verify monthly payroll register and compile periodic reports e.g. payroll & manpower reports for the management as & when required.
• Liaise with statutory bodies such as IRB, EPF, SOCSO for any related issues.
HR Administration:-
• Administer medical system for medical staff benefits.
• Maintain training records and facilitate employee development programs
• Understand, update and execute compliance and meet local culture HR needs in business where company has extended operation
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during audits.
Office Administration:
• Assist with office administration and supervision of administrative support.
• Any ad-hoc duties may be assigned from time to time.
