Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
- Providing detailed updates to Project Manager or other stakeholders.
- Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
- Operate AutoCAD software and draw in 2D drawings and isometric view
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
- To ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- To perform any other duties as and when required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications and AutoCAD.
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 years working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
