Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a team of beauty sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed decisions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive brand experience for all clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and suppliers
- Contribute to the overall business strategy and growth plans of the company
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the beauty industry
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or sales
