Job Description :
- Administer employees’ compensation such as all payroll related matters, statutory contribution, and income tax in accordance with the prevailing labor legislation and statutory requirements.
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities from sourcing, selecting, securing, and onboarding.
- Administer performance management programs.
- Support HR projects and implement HR initiatives for continuous improvements.
Academy Qualification: Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Skills & Experience : Prefer 2 years in HR field, with knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications
Computerized payroll software/ human resource information technology and Labour & IR Act. And Statutory knowledge (EPF, Socso, HRDF, IRB)
