Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, WhatsApp, and Email in a professional and timely manner.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
* Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their purchases.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
* Document and track customer interactions and issues using the company’s CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
* Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
* Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and feedback.
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
* Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously across different platforms.
* Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
* Proficiency in multiple languages.
* Previous experience working in an electrical store or with electrical products is a plus.
